Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order. Confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company/post office norms.
Apna Handicrafts is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within seven working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.
If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Delivery of all orders will be always to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only (unless specified at the time of order). Apna Handicrafts is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
